Canada’s “Brain Drain” is a National Wake-Up Call We’re Too Corrupt to Hear: Canada’s highly skilled immigrants are leaving the fastest… Yeah? That’s probably a good thing.

Canada’s highly skilled immigrants are leaving the fastest: report

“These are the people who have built exactly the things – the railways, the infrastructure, the housing projects – in other countries, where they do it better than us, faster than us and cheaper than us. They’re the ones who can help us catch up. When we lose those people, we lose critical expertise that helps Canada succeed,” said Bernhard in an interview with CTV News.

Bernhard also would like to see Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) refocus its efforts from being a “bouncer” for Canada, and instead, become a human resource department for the country.

“Is (IRCC) the recruiter and making sure people come here and succeed or is it the security guard to make sure that the bad people don’t come in?”

The answer the last question is exactly why there is so much resentment toward immigrants of late… No, IRCC is totally incompetent just like our infamously incompetent but totally corrupt leadership of all levels of jurisdiction in Canada.

Canada’s “Brain Drain” is a National Wake-Up Call We’re Too Corrupt to Hear

So, the “highly skilled immigrants” are leaving. A new report, dutifully chronicled by CTV News, wrings its hands over the exodus of the very people who were supposed to be our economic saviors.

The experts are “alarmed.” They lament that we’re losing the people who “built railways, infrastructure, and housing projects… faster and cheaper than us.”

Hold on. Let’s pause the collective panic for a moment of brutal, unsentimental honesty.

Are we really losing them? Or are we finally realizing we never had any use for them in the first place?

The Great Canadian Mirage: Jobs That Don’t Exist

The entire premise of our immigration strategy is a Ponzi scheme built on a lie. We lure engineers, scientists, and tech wizards from around the globe with promises of a prosperous Canadian future. What do we offer them when they arrive? A chance to drive an Uber, a survival job at a Tim Hortons, or, if they’re truly lucky, a junior position in a corporate backwater where innovation goes to die.

Let’s ask the uncomfortable question: What world-beating technology is Canada actually good at? Go on, name one. The silence is deafening.

We had our shots. We had Nortel, a crown jewel that could have made us the global telecommunications leader, a beacon instead of Huawei. What happened? A combination of corporate greed and a political class that couldn’t tell a circuit board from a cutting board let it collapse into obscurity. We had BlackBerry—you know, the device the entire world once craved. Now it’s a nostalgic brand for boomers.

Why? Because we allow our province to be run by incompetent, moronic thieves who are more interested in handing out lucrative greenbelt land to developer buddies than fostering a 21st-century economy. The alleged shenanigans of Premier Doug Ford—from the infamous “Starbucks bag” interactions to the cloud of scandals that follows him—are a case study in how to dismantle a province’s competitive edge. When the man at the top is focused on the quick buck, why are we surprised that our tech sector is a barren wasteland?

The “Infrastructure” Fairy Tale and the BRICS Alternative

The report’s consultant, Bernhard, paints a touching picture of these immigrants as master builders who will construct our railways and houses. But look around! The immigrants we’ve brought in by the millions haven’t magically fixed our infrastructure crisis. Instead, we’ve imported the very social problems we sought to escape: soaring welfare costs, cultural protests demanding the enactment of foreign religious laws on Canadian soil, and a shocking rise in brazen crimes like the organized smash-and-grab robberies and the systematic looting of LCBOs.

If it’s infrastructure we need, why are we pursuing the most inefficient, socially disruptive method possible?

Here’s a radical, yet simple idea: Why not just barter?

Chinese belt and road initiative perspective map : r/MapPorn

We are a resource-rich colony masquerading as a nation. We have lumber, minerals, and energy. China has a supernatural ability to build infrastructure at a speed and cost we can only dream of. Let’s cut out the middleman. Let’s join initiatives like the One Belt One Road or align with BRICS, trade our commodities for their expertise in Renminbi, and get the bridges, railways, and housing built without the immense social burden of importing millions of people who, through no fault of their own, have no place in our broken economic model.

As a scathing exposé on Canuck🍁Post outlines, it’s “nonsensical to import immigrants by tens of millions just to fill the jobs that we bought (not created) by billions and billions in subsidies,” all while Canadians suffer a 30-50% loss in purchasing power on the global stage (due to deliberate currency devaluation by Ottawa so that we can get some jobs from the “Evil Empire” down south). We are literally paying to make ourselves poorer.

The Terminal Disease: A Culture of Brazen, Smirking Corruption

The real joke isn’t that skilled immigrants are leaving. The joke is that we pretend to be surprised. Canada is terminally ill, and the cancer is endemic, open-secret corruption.

This isn’t a hidden conspiracy. It’s happening in broad daylight. It’s the City of Toronto’s Chief Building Official allegedly bragging about taking bribes to fast-track a project for a “friend” she’d never met. This is the person responsible for the safety of our buildings!

It’s the Mayor of Toronto, Olivia Chow, being openly accused of complicity in lawbreaking, knowingly posing safety risks to the public. The allegations, detailed with shocking specificity, suggest a civic government that has abandoned the rule of law.

And who holds these people accountable? The Premier of Ontario, Doug Ford—a man whose own history is so littered with scandals, from allegations of shady dealings to the infamous rumors about his role during his brother Rob’s crack cocaine scandal, that it reads like a bad mob movie. His government has shown a breathtaking indifference to white-collar crime, because you can’t investigate what you embody.

And waiting in the wings is Mark Carney, hailed as a savior by the media elite. Yet, as detailed in a nuclear-level exposé, his career is a masterclass in greenwashing, cronyism, and ethical flexibility at institutions like Brookfield. He’s not the solution; he’s the pinnacle of the globalist, corrupt problem.

Conclusion: The Ship is Sinking, and the Captains are Stealing the Lifeboats

So let’s stop the charade. The skilled immigrants aren’t abandoning a sinking ship; they’re wisely swimming away from a vessel where the crew is actively drilling holes in the hull to sell the scrap metal.

Why would a brilliant software engineer from India or a structural engineer from China stay in a country where:

  • Corruption is the real official language.

  • Innovation is a memory.

  • The rule of law is a suggestion for the little people.

The exodus of the skilled isn’t our problem. It’s merely the most visible symptom. The problem is a kleptocratic political class that has bankrupted the nation’s future and its moral authority. Until we treat the cancer of corruption and reinstate the rule of law, no number of “highly skilled immigrants” will save us. They’ll just be the next ones to learn the hard way that the Canadian Dream is a lie, sold to them by a government that broke the mold and now has nothing left to offer.
