SHOCKER: Foreign Investment in Canada Plummets as World Wakes Up to Our ‘Banana Republic’ Act… Foreign Investment in Canada Falls to Lowest Since Start of 2024

November 30, 2025 4:46 am

This Hack Will Save Your Ripped Money

Further to this news by Bloomberg,

Foreign Investment in Canada Falls to Lowest Since Start of 2024

Our relationship with America is “very strong” and remains in our best interest, Canadian Security Intelligence Service director Dan Rogers says.

Below is commentary with alternative perspective on the subject matter:-

SHOCKER: Foreign Investment in Canada Plummets as World Wakes Up to Our ‘Banana Republic’ Act

By Eddie Hardie 🍁 Social Integrity Activist

In a development that has stunned exactly no one with a functioning cerebral cortex, foreign investors are treating Canada like a biohazard zone, with new numbers revealing investment has crashed to its lowest level since the start of 2024. You can almost hear the world’s financiers screaming, “F*** that noise,” from their Wall Street towers.

Let’s stop the pathetic charade. The news that foreign investment in Canada has nosedived to a pathetic low isn’t an economic indicator; it’s a global intervention. The world’s money managers are performing a mercy killing, refusing to pour capital into a corrupt, lawless, and terminally stupid regime. The question isn’t “Why is investment falling?” It’s “What absolute fool would invest a single, goddamn penny in this banana republic?”

The “Highly Stable and Low-Risk” Investment Environment (LOL)

The original Bloomberg article tiptoes around the truth with polite euphemisms. Let’s scream it: Canada is for sale, but the product is defective, the sellers are crooks, and the government will tax and tariff you into oblivion for buying it. Investors aren’t just cautious; they are disgusted, feeling a profound sense of betrayal by a nation that sold itself as a safe haven but operates like a mafia franchise.

The Corruption is a Feature, Not a Bug—And It’s EVERYWHERE

Remember the SNC-Lavalin scandal? That wasn’t an anomaly; it was a trailer for the whole damn movie. A major corporation accused of corruption worldwide, and the Prime Minister’s office allegedly leans on the Attorney General to drop the case? Scandalous. It sent a clear message: the rules are for little people, not for the connected elite. Fast forward to recent years, and the stench hasn’t faded. The WE Charity scandal, where nearly a billion dollars in taxpayer funds was slated to be managed by an organization with tight family ties to the Trudeaus, made us a global laughingstock.

It’s a f***ing joke. You think a German pension fund manager wants to explain to his board that their new Canadian partner is under RCMP investigation for the third time this decade?

The Corruption is a Feature, Not a Bug—And It’s EVERYWHERE

Forget the old, isolated scandals. We are now witnessing a systemic, multi-level breakdown that makes a mockery of the rule of law. This isn’t just one bad apple; it’s the entire fucking orchard, from the roots to the highest branches.

  • At the Federal Level: The Greenwashing Grift. The current PM, Mark Carney, is no virtuous savior. He’s a master of the new-age cronyism. The explosive exposé of his greenwashing scam with Brookfield paints a picture of a man neck-deep in “Cronyism, Deception, Corruption, Hypocrisy, Exploitation, Manipulation, Unethicality, Tax Evasion.” This is the man now steering our economic ship? He doesn’t want to fix corruption; he’s a leading practitioner.

  • At the Provincial Level: Ford’ “Criminal Negligence.” In Ontario, Premier Doug Ford operates with staggering impunity. As detailed in a damning account of his tenure, he has been accused of ‘Criminal Negligence’ and of knowingly and wilfully condoning law violation that compromised public safety. The most shocking part? Our archaic legal system, a relic of our British colonial past, has no mechanism for citizens to hold him accountable. He is, effectively, above the law.

  • At the Municipal Level: Chow’s Complicity. The disease trickles down. Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow, far from being an antidote, is depicted as complicit in the same lawbreaking, knowingly posing safety and life risks to the public. It’s a perfect, absurd circle of incompetence: the Premier breaks the law, the Mayor condones it, and the citizens are left holding the bag.

This isn’t governance; it’s a protection racket.

The 25% “Moron Tax”: A Masterstroke of Economic Genius

And just when you thought the comedy couldn’t get darker, along comes the 25% tariff wall from our “closest ally and trading partner.” This isn’t just a trade barrier; it’s a “Moron Tax” imposed on anyone dumb enough to manufacture in Canada for the US market.

Imagine you’re a CEO. You can build your factory in:

A) A stable, business-friendly US state.
B) A corrupt, regulation-choked nation that then slaps a 25% surcharge on your product before it can reach its primary market.

It’s not a difficult choice, you absolute muppets.

This chart from Statista shows the brutal reality of the situation we’ve created for ourselves:

The Absurdity is the Point

The truly shocking part isn’t the lack of investment; it’s that our leaders seem genuinely bewildered by it. They stand at podiums, surrounded by sycophants, and talk about “building back better” while the entire foundation of our economic credibility is being torched.

They’ve created an economy where it’s easier to get a government grant for a drag story hour than it is to get a permit for a new mine. They’ve fostered a culture where productive citizens are taxed into oblivion to fund a bloated, unaccountable bureaucracy that actively despises the private sector. It’s absurd, and the world has finally noticed.

But wait, there’s more! The truly terrifying twist is how the federal government is responding to the exposure of this rot. Instead of cleaning house, they’re bolting the doors and silencing the critics. The recent passage of Bills C-8 and C-9 is an Orwellian nightmare designed to criminalize dissent and usher in mass surveillance and state-sanctioned censorship. When Mark Carney condones the lawbreaking of his provincial and municipal counterparts, he proves he is part of the same criminal ecosystem. His solution? Not accountability. A police state.

Scary? You’re damn right it’s scary. This isn’t a temporary blip. This is the canary in the coal mine suffocating and then spontaneously combusting. The capital that is leaving isn’t coming back anytime soon. It means fewer jobs, lower wages, and a declining standard of living for all of us. The feeling of betrayal among hard-working Canadians is palpable. We played by the rules, and our so-called leaders sold our future for a photo-op and a virtue-signalling headline.

Scary? You’re damn right it’s scary. We’ve moved beyond mere economic decline. We are witnessing the complete collapse of democratic integrity. The capital flight is just the first symptom. The feeling of betrayal is now mixed with raw, gut-wrenching fear. They broke the laws, they rigged the system, and now they’re making it illegal to complain about it.

So, to the brave few still considering an investment in the Great White Gulag, we have to ask: What’s your pleasure? The federal greenwashing scams, the provincial criminal negligence, the municipal complicity, the crippling tariffs, or the Orwellian police state designed to cover it all up?

Welcome to Canada. The money has fled. The rule of law is dead. All that remains is the stench of corruption and the boot of tyranny.
