Doug Ford Is Complicit In Posing Safety Risks To Folks

Yes. Doug Ford condones victimization of Ontario residents with Life Risks by facilitating building of Unlawful & Unsafe Safety Hazards.

How so?

Doug Ford didn’t even bother to response, never ever… zero, zip, zilch, nada, despite numerous appeals for his help to stop the City of Toronto from posing Safety Risks to the general public openly, repeatedly, and lawlessly.

Dear Premier Ford,

As you’re aware, we are terrified by the brazen bullying of the City of Toronto, which has been victimizing the residents with Life Risks by facilitating building of Unlawful & Unsafe Safety Hazards simply because there is No Oversight for the municipality.

The City of Toronto has demonstrated they have no qualm posing Safety Risks to the general public openly, repeatedly, and lawlessly, as if they’re Above the Law and that they could commit crime with impunity? At least that’s the message they’ve been sending to us the defenseless folks.

Conclusion: The City of Toronto wilfully violates the law, most importantly the safety rules & regulations, and knowingly that safety of the general public will be compromised as a result. 

1. The City of Toronto facilitated erection of Unlawful Buildingseven though the Illegality has become public knowledge, including cases involving Life Risks.
2. And the City of Toronto has no qualm toViolate Law openly including Safety related rules & regulation as demonstrated by the ongoing construction of Unsafe Buildings even right in the Tree Protection Zone.
3. The City of Toronto has therefore helped to rob residents of theirrightful Fire Safety Setbacks as well as posing Traffic Hazards to the general public, not once but Twice nefariously and maliciously in our case.
4. That means the City of Toronto may commit crimes with impunity simply because there is No Oversight at all. In another word and terrifyingly speaking, the City of Toronto is Above the Law?
5. The fact that the City of Toronto allows such scandalous conspiracy to continue simply suggests the municipality condones “crimes” and doesn’t even have the slightest Respect for the Residents as witnessed by the ongoing brazen bullying.

While the lawbreaking may appear to be municipal issue, the Provincial Government couldn’t deny responsibility as the violations also implicated Provincial Law eg. Planning Act as well as federal law as below:-

CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE

219 (1) Every one is criminally negligent who
(a) in doing anything, or
(b) in omitting to do anything that it is his duty to do,
shows wanton or reckless disregard for the lives or safety of other persons.
ii) WILFUL AND FORBIDDEN ACTS IN RESPECT OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
429 (1) Every one who causes the occurrence of an event by doing an act or by omitting to do an act that it is his duty to do, knowing that the act or omission will probably cause the occurrence of the event and being reckless whether the event occurs or not, shall be deemed, for the purposes of this Part, wilfully to have caused the occurrence of the event.

Declaration: By virtue of this notice, we have fulfilled our legal obligation. The Provincial Government is legally obligated to eliminate all safety risks posed to residents regardless of jurisdictions within Ontario. and the government is therefore directly responsible for all losses/damages as a result.

In light of the legal ramification as a result of inaction due to the perpetual threat of Life Risks, we again urge the Premier to take proactive action to get the City of Toronto to abide by the law urgently so as to restore law and order, and to stop the “Rules for thee and not for me” perception among folks, which may impact the coming election negatively for the Ford Administration, as it’s understood no sane people would want a “Lawless Regime” to run the province.

Kindly also refer the matter to the Chief of Justice as well as relevant legal entities to ensure legal integrity of the province is maintained earnestly.

QUESTIONS

Okay, not only law violations, it sounds like CRIME has been committed… Why wouldn’t victims seek help from law enforcement ie. Police?

“Rules for thee, not for me”

The reality is there is nothing one can do for as long as the Power-That-Be refused to take action.

For example Toronto Police, not only the Police won’t do anything about crime committed by City Officials ie. Chief Building Official in this case, the Police may even lay frivolous charges such as “Criminal Defamation” should you demand law enforcement.

For real?

Absolutely. Toronto Police charged the victim (E. Tan) in this case with “Criminal Defamation” just to silent and deny justice for his family… And after wasting years going in and out of courtrooms as well as bankrupting them along the process. The charge was eventually dropped years later.

What about OPP or RCMP?

Their standard answer is: “They have no jurisdiction over the City of Toronto”. Period.

Fun Fact: Not Even Lawyer Can Do Anything If The Criminal Is The Power-That-Be

In fact, TWO of the victims are actually professional Lawyers in this case.

Why not?

Despite what most people think, Lawyers actually Do Not have the power to Prosecute any crime.

Basically only Police is authorized to do that, but they won’t do it because the City is their Boss. It’s as simple as that.

What you may not expect is Lawyer are also Not Qualified to even just filing for Civil Claims ie. seeking financial damages, because they’re Not Recognized as “Experts”. As absurd as it is, only “opinions” by recognized professional are accepted and in such cases, basically only City Planner and Building Professionals. However, you won’t be able find or hire anyone who’s willing to risk their career to help out because the City is their ultimate “Employer”, so to speak.

Other than good Samaritan publication such as this website, even media wouldn’t dare to expose wrongdoing committed by the crook and criminal of the City of Toronto. The reason is essentially the same: financial in particular.

In short, there is simply no “professional” help for as long as it’s going against the power-that-be, the City of Toronto or perhaps also provincial institution under the “Ford Nation”.?

So far, there is nothing we can do except to ask Doug Ford “Where is his conscience”? Guess he got NONE… zero, zip, zilch, nada?

Doug Ford could Protect Ontario?

Gimme a break…

What make you think he could protect Ontario from “Emperor Trump” if he couldn’t even protect folks from being brazenly victimized by the municipality? Or should we say he simply doesn’t care ie. he is seeking power and money only for himself?

That said, we urge folks in Ontario to avoid irresponsible politician like Doug Ford, who has demonstrated he has no qualm posing Safety Risks to the general public openly, repeatedly, and lawlessly.

Doug Ford has been behaving as if he’s Above the Law and that “he could commit crime with impunity”? At least that’s the message Doug Ford has been sending to us the defenceless folks.

That said and unless you could convince us otherwise, we sincerely appeal to all folks of Ontario not to elect any heartless irresponsible politician in the coming 2025 Ontario General Election.

So, please vote wisely.

Save your precious vote for someone you believe may at least have some conscience… And judging from the tragedy we have been suffering thus far, that “someone” isn’t Doug Ford and his ilk.
