In a breathtaking display of geopolitical naivety and domestic cowardice, the Carney government is scrambling to mend fences with India—a nation caught red-handed orchestrating assassinations on Canadian soil. Why? To appease a vocal, radical minority whose ultimate fantasy isn’t a peaceful life in Canada, but the violent dismemberment of a sovereign nation thousands of miles away.
Forget the national interest. Forget public safety. The Carney Regime is operating on a new, dangerous doctrine: Sikh Separatism First.

A Kingdom of Fools: From Canadian Soil to Khalistani Dreams
Let’s be blunt. The ambition to establish a “Sikhdom,” or Khalistan, right in the heart of India is a ridiculous, anachronistic fantasy. It’s a 17th-century solution to 21st-century issues. Yet, this fantasy has been allowed to fester and grow in Canada, hijacking our nation’s reputation and foreign policy.
Canada has a proud tradition of not interfering in the internal affairs of other countries. Yet, under successive governments, we have become the global stage for a foreign separatist movement. While the right to free speech is sacred, providing a platform for activities that advocate for violence and territorial division against a friendly nation is not free speech—it’s sheer stupidity. It’s high time Canada officially banned organizations that openly advocate for Sikh separatism, just as we would any group promoting the violent breakup of any other allied nation. This isn’t about silencing dissent; it’s about refusing to be a patsy for a foreign civil war.
The Carney Cabal: A Cabinet Held Hostage
Why does this fringe movement hold such sway? Look no further than the Cabinet table. The Carney Regime, in a move that flies directly in the face of most Canadians’ views and values, has packed its halls of power with a disproportionate number of MPs who are either sympathetic to or outright supporters of this Khalistani cause.
Worse, they flaunt symbols that are, by modern Canadian standards, uncivilized and threatening. The Kirpan—a ceremonial knife—worn in public spaces is not a symbol of faith; it’s a weapon. In a civilized society, we have rules. We don’t allow people to carry knives in government buildings, on airplanes, or in schools for obvious safety reasons. To grant a religious exemption for this is a slap in the face to every Canadian who follows the rules and expects to feel safe in public. For the sake of public safety and common civility, it’s time to ban the public carrying of the Kirpan. Your faith ends where my safety begins.

The India Delusion: Chasing an Economic Mirage
The Carney government’s desperate attempt to “reset” relations with India is not just morally bankrupt; it’s economically illiterate. Proponents chirp about “trade opportunities,” but what opportunities? India is a protectionist, agricultural economy. Their primary imports are oil, gems, and electronics. What, exactly, does Canada have to offer? Maple syrup? Lentils? We produce the same agricultural goods they do in abundance.
The idea that India is a goldmine for Canadian business is a myth. Our two-way trade is a paltry drop in the bucket. According to Global Affairs Canada, two-way merchandise trade with India was just $13.7 billion in 2023—a fraction of our $890 billion trade with the United States. We’re risking our principles and our safety for an economic relationship that is, and will always be, insignificant.
The Right Path: The Power of a Cold Shoulder
The right thing for Canada to do is simple: Ignore India.
There is no need to grovel. There is no need to negotiate. A nation that sponsors extrajudicial killings on our streets does not deserve our partnership. We should freeze all high-level diplomatic engagement, suspend trade talks indefinitely, and lead a charge at the UN to condemn their rogue actions. Let them feel the cold isolation their behavior warrants.

Why is the Carney Regime’s path so bad for Canadians?
-
It Makes Us a Target: By tolerating violent extremism, we paint a target on our backs for retaliation and make our cities a playground for foreign intelligence services.
-
It Erodes Our Values: It sacrifices public safety and our principle of non-interference on the altar of fringe identity politics.
-
It Wastes Political Capital: Instead of focusing on real partners and real issues, our government is bogged down in a pointless, self-inflicted crisis.
The Carney Regime is selling out Canada’s safety, sovereignty, and common sense to appease a radical few. It’s not diplomacy; it’s a dereliction of duty. It’s time we told the Khalistanis to take their kingdom-building fantasies elsewhere, and told India that until they respect our sovereignty, they can expect nothing from us but a cold, dismissive silence.
This… New Cosplay Fashion?
