Mark Carney Tried To Justify Modi’s G7 Invite With Voodoo Reasoning

Mark Carney invited the Pariah of the democratic world (pariah as this is a so called ‘democracy’ that also practice slavery called Caste System) India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi  to join leaders of the world’s most powerful ‘democratic’ countries gather in Kananaskis, Alta., for a critical G7 meeting.

As if the invite isn’t absurd enough, Mark Carney even claims the presence of Modi is a necessary because Canada needs India for “energy security, critical minerals and the development of artificial intelligence”:-

Here’s what expert gotta say:-

A. Energy Security

Obviously Carney is talking about oil (forget about gas), let’s examine what kind of significant business is oil sales to India are we talking about?

India’s oil imports from Canada are very insignificant compared to its total crude imports. Here’s a breakdown of the trade:

Big Deal! India buys 2% of their oil import from Canada

Yes, 2 % is so significant, so much so that Canada simply couldn’t afford to do without?

Yeah, right.

What about the potential sales? Can Carney makes Modi increases their import volume to say 20%, if not 80%?

Future Outlook

India’s focus on Russian discounts will limit near-term Canadian imports.

So, the answer is NOPE. India only interested in heavily discounted Russian oil that they can refine and re-export (mainly to Europe) for easy profit. This is not something reasonable or viable for Canada, plus, there is massive logistical and cost challenges which Canada can never address unless there’s direct pipeline across the oceans, which has ZERO chance under present circumstances.

Also, Russia is India’s strategic supplier for armament ranging from rifles to fighter jets. In another word, it only makes sense for India to  buy Russian oil even if it’s just to balance trade.

Conclusion:

India is neither a significant customer nor can they offer much potential in oil import from Canada.

2. Critical Minerals

India is interested in securing critical minerals to support its clean energy, defense, and high-tech manufacturing sectors.

Of course India wanted all the minerals on earth… Caveat:  Only if it’s FREE.

First of all, does India even have existing industries in clean energy, defense, and high-tech manufacturing?sectors.

Market data indicated while India is ambitious and love to boast with ridiculous numbers (just like how they falsely claimed ‘victory’ over Pakistan in the recent Kashmir war, whereby 6 of their fighter jets were shot down and 3 of them are France’s pricey Rafales)… India is still a baby in those industries if there’s is any at all, realistically speaking.

India’s EV Industry

For example, India’s EV industry is literally non-existence as the volume is so small that it’s essentially dependent on China for literally everything. As a matter of fact, EV production is already stalled in India as China has decided to sanction them on Rare Earth Magnet over border conflict (and war could be coming soon). The magnet is after all something even Uncle Sam couldn’t secure the supply, what more a barbaric adversary of China like India.

What about Defense industry?

This is even a bigger joke. India’s  attempt to develop a modern  fighter jet eg. Tejas Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) has wasted over Four Decades due to technical challenges, bureaucratic delays, and evolving requirements… And they haven’t been able to produce even one single aircraft todate. And they already talking about producing 5th Gen and even 6th Gen fighter jet… You see?

Any Indian High-Tech Manufacturing?

India claims they’re Asia #1 Superpower but there is hardly any serious manufacturing industry there, let alone  High-Tech Manufacturing.

3.  Artificial Intelligence

India is not an AI player, not yet.

If any, it’s scam like “Builder.ai collapse: 700 Indian engineers behind fake AI exposed“.

Forget about high end computing like artificial intelligence, to know Indian calibre in the world of digital technology, just look at why Boeing 737s are shunned by the whole world as a result of chronic fatal accidents caused by faulty computer coding written by “IT Genius” from… you guess it right — India.

Never mind India, is Canada even a player in AI? Our advise just ride one of the free open source like DeepSeek… We don’t see this is something viable for a country like Canada to try develop any AI from scratch, neither technically nor commercially.

Having said that, let’s take an overview of the alleged existing/potential business opportunities offered by India…

1. Energy Security: Nothing much as Canada can never compete with Russia or Iran when it comes to fossil fuels, for example.
2. Critical Minerals: Other than Rare Earth Elements (REEs) which Canada may have some but the processing must be done in China… there is no alternative for now. So, it simply means Canada is not an alternative supplier for this commodity. Maybe potash, again Russian got abundant cheap potash as well, and the rest can be sourced all over the world, many are in fact monopolized by China eg. Lithium. Again, not something worthy of serious consideration, let alone investment.
3. Artificial Intelligence: As mentioned, Canada got ZERO AI (India got NEGATIVE AI) and it’s also not viable to conduct development as we neither have the expertise nor the market for it… Be it software or hardware. Period.

Conclusion:

Realistically speaking, India is NOT a player in “energy security, critical minerals and the development of artificial intelligence” at all.
