Posh homes are getting harder to sell ?

FOREST HILL – 16 Vesta Drive

It is a 4+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom new build on a 50 x 126.37 foot lot.

This house was first listed last January for $5,195,000.

That’s just $73,000 less than the recent sale price of 190 Forest Hill Road.

As I mentioned in my first post, if this was the kind of money you had to spend on a house, would this be your first choice?

Not for me!

It never sold and the price was dropped in June to $4,985,000.

I thought it would still be a hard sell and it has been.

This house just had another price drop…

To $4,795,000.

Posh homes are getting and harder to sell ?

Maybe not.

Perhaps this is just peculiar … ?
