Canadian home sales increase slightly in September: CREA
The Canadian Real Estate Association said Tuesday that home sales were up just under one per cent from August to September, while overall activity remained on par with the 10-year average in September.

Siesta condo sells for 17 percent off boomtime price
SK Noose LLC, a Glenville, Ill. company managed by Marc Perlove, sold a 1,361-square-foot condo at 5760 Midnight Pass Road in Siesta Key to Ginga Siesta LLC for $620,000.
Perlove paid $750,000 in November 2004.
Ginga Siesta is a Sarasota company managed by Rita B. Steele.
