Hottest Toronto Neighbourhoods 2013

September 21, 2013 2:03 am
Market, Toronto

First, a little

PRICE DROPĀ –Ā SUMMERHILL

125 Macpherson Avenue

From the falling snow and the snow on the ground in this listing picture, you get an idea of how long this house has been on the market.

This 2+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on an 18.75 x 12 foot lot has been listed since March.

The asking price was $2,195,000.

Ridiculous ?

Probably … becauseĀ it was no surprise when this house dropped its price a month later to $2,095,000.

No sale andĀ there was another drop to $1,995,000.

Still no sale and the price has been dropped again to …Ā Ā $1,895,000.
