Sorry to tell you the truth: You certainly shouldn’t think about buying anything “real” (estate). Yes, not even cookie-cutter condo.

The reality is you should be looking at how to rent a decent roof over your head. That’s all. Lest you get kicked out and have to stay in tents for good (see below): –

Guess it’s more profitable to operate your properties as an Airbnb “hotel” than renting out to poor renters like us?
I got an idea, what say you we buy 10-20 tents on sales, set them up along subway lines or by the beach, and let them out as Airbnb tents?
#donthave1million? Just concentrate on fighter greedy landlords and perhaps, get ready to move into tents.
I have no idea how is tent a form of viable accommodation in Canada? Our winter is long and brutal … Electricity may not be a problem, there is always this thing called  power generator. What about water? Dig a well? Could be a solution. What a bout sewage?
The insane real estate market is driving me to google for things like “How to live like a nomad” … Meanwhile, the status quo is,
